The Ancient Tablet is a mission for Gold Explorers and you can do it after you have found all of Montana Jack’s travelogues for H.C. Le Snout. H.C. says that the travelogues reveal that Montana Jack stumbled upon an ancient Onakasi tablet.
The tablet is in the Onakasi Treasure Room, which you get to from Tanglevine Jungle. You need to reveal the secret hidden staircase and then play the Jumper and Blocks games to get inside. When you do you will see the tablet in the lower-right corner.
