The Dizzywood Winter Festival
The Winter Festival in Dizzywood has begun and it is one of the biggest parties of the year in Dizzywood. There is a special new area in Dizzywood for the festival called Farthing’s Pond. The main attraction is ice skating on the pond which is really fun to do. There are also a ton of free items and special games and even some new missions for the festival.
Get to Farthing’s Pond
Most of the fun starts in Farthing’s Pond and that is where the free ice skates and the ice skating pond is. To get there, go to Presto’s Edge and find the banner for the Winter Festival. The banner is near the bridge that goes over the chasm and right below the Mystery Wheel Wagon. Click on it to go to Farthing’s Pond.
Get the Free Ice Skates
The most fun new thing to do in Farthing’s Pond is to go ice skating. There are free ice skates! Look for them in the box with the sign that says Free Skates. The box is on the top side of the pond near the entrance. Once you have the skates, they automatically go on your feet when you step on the ice. You don’t need to click on them like you do with other clothing items.
Here are two special secrets for ice skating. First, you can do all of the moves while you are skating like Dance, Arm Flail and Bunny Hop. These are the moves you get from doing the move scroll missions for Move Master Swingtail. Try them while skating. They are really funny looking. The second tip is that once you have the ice skates you can skate on almost any water in Dizzywood, like the river in Tanglevine Jungle or the pond in Wildwood Glen. Try it out! You can’t swim in the ocean at Breakwater Beach though.
Get the Free Santa Hat and Toy Solider Hat
There are two free hats for everyone in Dizzywood for the Winter Festival. They are the Santa Hat and the Toy Soldier Hat. Gold Explorers can also get a really cool set of reindeer antlers and a reindeer nose.
All of the free hat items can be found by clicking on one of the snowbears in Presto’s Edge. The one that gives out the hats is on the other side of the bridge that crosses the chasm. Click on the snowbear and you can get the items for free!
