This mission is part of the Winter Festival that is happening on Dizzywood right now. Presto needs your help to find a lost food crate. The crate is located in Tanglevine Jungle. It is just behind and to the right of Edward the bear and between the sign to the Rock Maze and the Tanglevine River.
When you click on the crate, you can complete this mission and accept the next one, called Winter Expressions. The reward is 200 coins.
