The Onakasi Treasure Room is one of the best secrets in Dizzywood. The secret entrance is located in Tanglevine Jungle and once you get into the treasure room you gain access to a lot of secrets and special items, including the rare Onakasi outfits, like the Onakasi dresses. You can get one treasure item per day.
To get to the Onakasi Treasure Room, go to Tanglevine Jungle and then use your levitation power to float over the river and then head all the way to the right. Move your mouse cursor over the jaguar statue on the far right (the one with the green eyes) and it will start to open. Eventually a staircase will appear and after a few minutes, you can get inside. You will need to finish two mini-games of Jumper and Blocks to get inside the treasure room.

That is called the blocks game and it is pretty hard. You have to line up all the pieces to get rid of the gray squares.
