There is a new gold explorer mission called Celebrate with Balloons. When you accept the mission you will get some deflated balloons in your backpack.
You also get a clue that you need to find an air grate to inflate the balloons. The air grate is in Tanglevine Jungle near the sign to the rock maze. Go there using your Dizzywood map and step on the grate.
When you step on the grate you will fly up in the air three times. There are a lot of bubbles floating in the air and some of them have little green Onakasi gems inside them. Move your mouse over them to collect them. When you get all 15 gems the mission will be complete and you will have collected enough air to inflate the balloons.
You will get a new set of inflated decorative balloons that you can put anywhere on the ground in Dizzywood.
