This is a gold explorer only mission where you have to get a star chart from Professor Nocturne at the Skypoint Observatory. He will give you the chart and then you need to deliver it to the Airship Clerk in the new Gilbert Square West area in Canal City.
It is a very easy mission to do and all you need to do is travel to Skytown Skate Park using the zap power to charge the cannon in Presto’s Edge. Then click on Professor Nocturne, who will give you the star chart.
Then go to Canal City on your map and you will be in Gilbert Square West. Walk all the way to the back where there is a ramp leading up to the airships. There is an airship clerk there. Click on the clerk and the mission will be finished. You get 200 coins as a reward.
