The official Dizzywood blog has a post announcing that the Winter Festival will return this year on December 18. That’s this coming Friday. Every year in Dizzywood, snow starts to fall for the winter festival and there are fun events and special Winter clothes to get.
This year it looks like there will be new Gold Explorer clothes. The blog doesn’t say much else but there is a picture of some people wearing clothes we haven’t seen before in the game.

The newest charm is the Watermelon Charm. You’ll find the charm box inside the Jaguar Temple. Go to the Explorer’s Camp and then sneak past the ghost jaguar guard to get inside. The charm chest is on the second platform, next to the big drilling machine.
Remember that today is free Gold Explorer day. Everyone on Dizzywood gets all the Gold Explorer stuff for free today.

Wow, this is big news. Everyone gets to be a Gold Explorer this weekend on Dizzywood for free. It’s only for two days: Friday and Saturday (11/20-11/21). During that time, everyone gets to have all the things that Gold Explorers get without having to pay for the membership. But after Saturday, it’s over.

The third Halloween mission this year is called Ghostly Pumpkin, and it is a lot like the same mission last year but the pumpkin is hidden in a different place. Last year it was in Presto’s Edge and this year it’s in Presto’s Grove. You need to have the Ghost Ray power to find it. Look behind the crate in Presto’s Grove. It’s right below where the clothing wagon is. When you find it you get 200 coins and you unlock the next mission called High Flying Bat.

This mission follows the Jack O’Lantern mission in Dizzywood. It’s very simple if you read the clue, which tells you the Rock Bogie is hiding in a low, dark place. I could only think of two places: the Crystal Catacombs and the Chasm in Presto’s Edge. I checked the Chasm first and there he was! When you click on him you can choose to get a trick or a treat. I chose treat and got 300 coins. If you choose trick nothing happens and you have to wait 10 minutes to try again.
This is almost exactly like the same mission as last year.

There is a new Halloween mission on Dizzywood that you can do and it is called Jack O’Lantern. It is a pretty easy mission where you have to collect all four pieces of a picture of a pumpkin. There are some pretty easy clues that you get to find the picture pieces but if you are stuck here are the places where you will find the picture pieces.
After you find all four pieces you get a reward of 300 coins and you unlock the next mission, called Trick or Treat. In this mission, the Rock Bogie returns and you need to find him.

There is a new character that appeared in Dizzywood. His name is Laser and he’s a bat that you will see in Presto’s Edge. Look for him near the sign to Breakwater Beach.
When you click on him he will challenge you to a game of Memory where you need to match all the cards. The game is very easy and you have plenty of time to make all of the matches.
If you’re a Gold Explorer, then when you finish the game you get a new critter! It’s called a Skeleton Fluppy and it looks just like the Crested Fluppy critter from earlier this month, but just the bones! The poor little guy needs some food.

Bram Dracovich appeared outside of the gates to his Manor according to the Dizzywood Blog. He says he doesn’t want to have any visitors but we know from the blog that soon there will be a key to get inside!
I know one thing. Bram is U-G-L-Y. Yuck!

The newest charm in Dizzywood is the Gift (Polka Dots) Charm. It gives you a little gift/present box that you can show next to your name. As you probably guessed, it’s a box with polka dots on it!
The charm chest is in Presto’s Edge right in the circle of stones next to Timothy Hay, the rabbit guy. He’s sitting below where Brooke Lodgington and the Furniture store is.
